Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TickerAtlas (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TickerAtlas provides stock-scanning and screening tools for research and education. It is not investment advice (see our Disclaimer).

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address. You must be old enough to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account; keep your email address current.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the Service’s data or output.
  • Do not try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to give investment advice to others.

4. Market data

Market and fundamental data come from third-party providers, are delayed, and are subject to their terms. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability.

5. Subscriptions, trial & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
  • You can cancel at any time on the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • We do not give refunds for partial billing periods.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe will email you. Access may end if payment is not made.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes & termination

We may change the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
